For those of you who want more info we're happy to share more details about your online ordering portal. You can still go to www.compass-printing.com. You will need to create a new username and password on your next visit to the new site. For security we can not move your passwords to the new site. We've made a quick video to show you how quick and easy it is to get started. LINK

We've moved all brands under one site so you no longer need multiple usernames to access more than one brand. There is a easier to use search window. LINK

The Compass designers have more options to allow users to upload photos and change text with more options, on more products.

You can now choose your turnaround time and shipping method while the delivery days update in real time. LINK
If you are one of our power users who ship to multiple locations, you will love the ability to upload a distribution list or choose addresses from your address book.

The order view also shows the order status showing it in production and when it's closed. Closed orders show a live UPS tracking link, so you can track your order with just two clicks. There's a help video on how to check status or track an order.

If you have ever had to call to get a copy of your order, you'll appreciate the clean organized order history. There are quick links to download a PDF of your order and the links that shows you thumbnails of all the items you ordered.
