There are many features your online portal offers. The online portal is available for you 24/7. It allows you to order your printed materials on your time.

Additional features of your portal include: view your orders, view current status, get tracking numbers, retrieve invoices, reorder and much more.

View Orders

View Orders allows you to view all your current and previous projects, whether they are currently in progress or completed. To view your orders click on View Orders. The View Orders screen gives you a list view of all your orders. Admin users will be able filter orders by All Orders, My Orders, Order Status and User.

Catalog

Your online portal can be very useful if you have a catalog (library) of items you want to access and order online. If you currently do not have any products setup under the Catalog screen, please contact us. Clicking on the Catalog button will take you to your online catalog, where you can order anytime, anywhere.

Upload Files

The Upload Files feature allows you to send us files immediately. This feature is meant to work smoothly if you are working closely with a Sales Representative or CSR. If you are not, please notify us so that we are aware files have been uploaded.

Address Book

The Address Book is available for users with administrative privileges*. You can manually enter an address or use the import feature. Choose your preference of adding addresses from this screen, import data file or add new address. Manually enter addresses into Address Book by entering data into the corresponding fields.
